Drinking Water Helps to Lose the excess cellulose and shrink fatty atrophy liver. You feel better!

Drinking Water Helps to Lose the excess cellulose and shrink fatty atrophy liver:

In January 2013 it was recommended to me to drink enough water each day.  I was asked if I drink 2 L of water per day, to which I answered No, No way, I doubt if I drink any water besides what is in coffee, and carbonated drinks.   Carbonated drinks are not good for you either, which I will discuss with you later.

It was explained to me that I was 'dehydrated', and my body was breaking down.  My abdominal section was extended (pot-belly) and I was carrying too much weight which affected every aspect of my life.  I was getting a sore lower back,  and out of breath doing simple tasks.
It was also explained to me that I should start by drinking 2 Liters of water per day and gradually increase that amount to 4L and then maybe 6L if I could do it.

Coincidentally, I had heard of drinking lots of water before from gym friends, but just didn't buy into it.  I didn't like water (flavorless).

I decided to START drinking water.  I had to go to the bathroom and that was annoying, but after one month it was less frequent.   I started to lose my pot belly (my liver was losing all the fat in and around it).  I was feeling good about that!  I was Happy about that.  Since January until now, May 2013 I am doing great on what I call my water diet.   I am trying to have good nutritional habits, but I am not overly strict about that.
After 6 months I should have a better shape, lower BMI, and Feel Amazing!!!!

My overall metabolism will be better.  When the kidneys work to process your hydrated blood, the liver works as well and everything is working in concert.
If you want to try this water treatment, you will be amazed.  Good luck!
